My career has been shaped by transition. From Army service (2009-2013) to over a decade in business, to going back to university as a mature student to gain a 2:1 in Business Management and a Master’s in Business Psychology. All helping to build experience guiding NHS professionals transitioning from student to practitioner, and founding MAC to close the veteran employment gap – the right way.

We don’t just coach veterans—we prepare employers too. Because successful transitions demand accountability on both sides.
